An equestrian tradition since 1958, the Washington International Horse Show (WIHS) is the country's leading metropolitan indoor horse show. Each October more than 500 of the top national and international horses and riders, including Olympic veterans, come together in Washington, DC, to compete in six days of thrilling competition.

The WEF is the world's largest and longest running equestrian competition. The 12-week event, which runs from January 6 through March 29, awards over $6 million dollars in prize money and hosts 5,000 horses and 2,800 riders from 50 states and 31 countries. The Winter Equestrian Festival is run by Equestrian Sport Productions, LLC and Wellington Equestrian Partners and held at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. The event organizers support many non-profit foundations in wellness programs.
The festival will run from 13th to 15th November at Old Royal Naval College, again as a Thursday - Saturday event. Jointly promoted by The Early Music Shop, the Greenwich Foundation and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance this three day event is an essential fixture on the early music calendar.
